Please read the following before enrolling with
Harvest Time Christian School's Homeschool Umbrella Program.


  1. Harvest Time's Homeschool Umbrella Program requires that you provide 180 days of instruction per student or provide proof of curriculum completion for each school year at hand (total number of days may vary depending on curricula used).

  2. Submission of curriculum list, report card and attendance records to Harvest Time twice a year - at the end of your first 90 days of teaching and at the end of your academic year (the following 90 days of teaching).

  3. You must maintain for legal records, a personal portfolio for each student to consist of: (1) a list of courses and instruction, and (2) samples of students own work (at least 2 pages per subject); or

  4. Proof of Annual Standardized Testing by a certified teacher. Harvest Time's Homeschool Umbrella Program will offer testing at our facility once a year (additional fee), or parents can arrange testing in their own state and communities and have the results forwarded to us. Parents can purchase a test from the following curriculum companies: Bob Jones Press, School of Tomorrow, Bayside School Services. Students can be tested by a certified teacher/instructor in the home, and should include certification documentation on the instructor/teacher. Parents may also call local private schools in their area to ask if their child may sit in on testing days. Harvest Time will assist you any way we can regarding your annual testing needs.

  5. For enrollees outside of the state of Florida, parent’s must assume responsibility for compliance with any special or unique home state requirements for homeschoolers.
